Last Thursday, karatekas from Budo Academy Tenno with sensei Arnold Keizer joined us at Tsuru-do Kan for a combined training to prepare for the seminar by Shimura sensei in Leusden next weekend and, of course, the dan exams that are held next Saturday afternoon. Kevin sensei took us through the entire routine of kihon, kata and kihon kumite and gave everyone lots of useful tips. We're looking forward to training together again at the seminar!
